What we sell
Printed wedding planner binders. Physical goods only.
Our sister store, Oureja Planner, sells the digital edition separately.
Prices and currency
All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). The price shown at checkout is the total you pay. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, no membership fees and no charges added after purchase.
Payment
Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. Card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card details are entered directly on the checkout page and are never seen or stored by us.
The card brands we accept are shown at the bottom of every page. We take payment once, at the point of purchase. We do not store card details, we do not bill on a recurring basis, and we never charge a card again without a new order.
Delivery
Every planner is printed and bound after you order. Allow 1 to 2 business days for production, then 3 to 7 business days in transit by tracked US carrier. Most orders arrive within 4 to 9 business days.
Shipping is a flat $5.95 and free on orders of $50 or more. A tracking number is emailed when your parcel is collected.
Where we sell
We ship within the United States only. All prices are charged in US dollars.
Refunds and cancellations
If your binder arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or refund you in full. You will not need to return the damaged book.
Each binder is printed to order, so we cannot accept change-of-mind returns. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before printing begins, normally within 12 hours of ordering.

If something goes wrong
Please contact us first at contact@ourejawedding.com. Almost every problem is resolved within one business day, and we would much rather fix it directly than have you raise a dispute with your bank.
Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding contract.
