These terms govern your use of the Oureja Wedding store, operated by Oureja LLC, 271 W. Short St Ste 410 2900, Lexington, KY 40507, United States.

1. Printed products

All products sold here are physical, printed and bound books shipped to the address you provide. No digital download is included with a purchase from this store.

2. Made to order

Every planner is printed after you order. Production and delivery times given on the site are good-faith estimates, not guarantees, and do not form part of the contract of sale.

3. Payment and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. Payment is taken in full at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

4. Returns

See our Refund policy. In short: damaged, defective or incorrect books are always replaced or refunded; change-of-mind returns are not accepted on a made-to-order item.

5. Intellectual property

The contents, design and layout of the planner are the intellectual property of Oureja LLC. You may use the book for your own wedding or event, but may not reproduce, scan, photograph for redistribution, or resell its contents.

6. Accuracy of the planner

The planner is a set of organisational templates. It is provided for general planning purposes and is not financial, legal or contractual advice. You are responsible for your own budgets, contracts and vendor arrangements.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oureja LLC’s total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States.
