Refund policy

Every Oureja Wedding planner is printed to order, so our returns terms differ from an off-the-shelf book. Please read this before ordering.

Damaged or defective books

If your binder arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, email contact@ourejawedding.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full. You will not need to return the damaged book.

Wrong item

If you receive a cover style other than the one you ordered, contact us within 14 days and we will ship the correct binder at no cost to you.

Change of mind

Because each binder is printed after you order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before printing begins — normally within 12 hours of ordering. Email us as soon as possible and we will stop the order if we can.

Lost parcels

If tracking shows your parcel has not moved for 10 business days, contact us and we will replace it.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
