Shipping policy

Oureja Wedding ships within the United States.

Production time

Every planner is printed and bound to order. Allow 1–2 business days for production and packing.

Transit time

3–7 business days after dispatch, by tracked US carrier. Most orders arrive within 4–9 business days of being placed.

Shipping cost

A flat $5.95 on orders under $50, and free on orders of $50 or more.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is collected by the carrier.

Delays

Printing runs slower around major holidays. If your wedding date is close, email contact@ourejawedding.com before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it will arrive in time.

Incorrect addresses

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery shipping is payable by the customer.

International orders

We do not ship outside the United States at this time.
