How long until it arrives?
1–2 business days to print, then 3–7 in transit — so 4–9 business days in total.
Is this a digital download?
No. This is a printed, bound book shipped to your address. If you want the digital version, it’s sold separately at our sister store, Oureja Planner.
What’s the difference between the three covers?
The cover design and the interior colour palette. The planning pages, trackers and checklists are identical in all three.
Can I write in it with pen?
Yes. It’s printed on heavy uncoated stock that takes ballpoint, gel and pencil without bleeding through.
Does it lie flat?
Yes — it’s bound so the pages stay open while you write.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. United States only for now.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email a photo to contact@ourejawedding.com within 14 days and we’ll replace it. You won’t need to send the damaged one back.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Each binder is printed to order, so we can’t accept change-of-mind returns. Damaged, defective or incorrect books are always replaced or refunded.
